CLIMATIC AND SEASONAL FEATURES OF SENSITIZATION IN BRONCHIAL ASTHMA AND ALLERGIC RHINITIS IN THE BUKHARA REGION

Resume

This article presents the results of a retrospective study on sensitization patterns in patients with atopic bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis living in the hot arid climate of the Bukhara region. The seasonal dynamics of allergic reactions were analyzed, revealing a predominance of sensitization during the summer-autumn period. The influence of climatic factors and allergen profiles, as well as the importance of seasonality for diagnosis and treatment, are discussed. The findings enable optimization of patient management and preventive strategies.
