EFFECTIVENESS OF OVULATION INDUCTION IN RESTORING NATURAL FERTILITY IN WOMEN OF REPRODUCTIVE AGE

Resume

In women with clomiphene resistance, the duration of infertility for more than 3 years was 54.4% (in the group without resistance - 26%). Primary amenorrhea - 14.7%, irregular menstrual cycle - 92.6%. In the main group, moderate hirsutism was detected in 27%, among other androgen-dependent dermatopathies, acanthosis nigricans - 23.53% and HAIR AN syndrome - 11.8% were predominant. Despite the normal body mass index, women with WC / OB ≥ 0.85 were identified only among women in groups 1 and 2, amounting to 15 (22.1%) women in group 1 and 3 (6%) in the 2nd, which had high statistical significance when compared (p < 0.001). The LH/FSH ratio was 2 times higher, the HOMA IR index was 3 times higher, and the AT-TPO level was 36.7%, which was 10 times higher than the norm. The AMH, ОRPI, PRL and AT-TPO levels in women of the 1st group were higher than in women of the 2nd group and had a reliable correlation (p=0.01 (99% CI); p=0.01 (99% CI); p=0.05 (95% CI); p=0.08 (92% CI).
