FEATURES OF INHALATION ANESTHESIA IN CHILDREN IN OPHTHOLMOSURGERY

Resume

A clinical analysis of 56 anesthetic procedures was conducted in children with ophthalmic surgical pathology. The frequency of cognitive dysfunctions and hypertension syndrome was studied in a comparative aspect in children of different ages. A more frequent manifestation of postoperative cognitive dysfunctions has been noted in children in the age group up to 6 years. The use of isoflurane as the main anesthetic during ophthalmological operations in children is an optimal tool in modern anesthesiology.
