Resume
The study was conducted on 350 patients with zoonotic leishmaniasis, aged 2 to 72 years. The diagnosis of zoonotic leishmaniasis was confirmed by clinical, epidemiological, and parasitological methods. The duration of the papular, erosive, wound, and cicatricial stages of the disease was studied in patients treated with the immunomodulator "Gepon" and with topical application of 0.05% methylene blue solution and aloe extract to the affected area using the ALT-Vostok model-03 laser device. In the first group studied, 50 patients were treated with traditional methods, in the second group, 100 patients received immunomodulator tablets for oral administration and locally in the form of an ointment on wounds, in the third group, 100 patients received immunomodulator tablets for oral administration and locally in the form of an ointment on wounds, and the affected area was also treated with 0.05% methylene blue using the ALT-Vostok model-03 laser device. In Group 4, 100 patients were treated with immunomodulator tablets administered orally and applied topically as an ointment to wounds. The wounds were also treated with methylene blue and aloe extract using the ALT-Vostok Model 03 laser device. When studying the results of traditional treatment methods, topical and systemic application of the immunomodulator, and treatment with methylene blue and aloe extract using the ALT-Vostok Model 03 laser device, individual patients experienced an increase in the duration of the papular and erosive stages, a reduction in the duration of the ulcerative and cicatricial stages, and a reduction in the overall disease duration.
