Resume
This study presents an immunohistochemical analysis of malignant bone, cartilage, and soft tissue tumors - osteosarcoma, chondrosarcoma. A total of 60 cases (20 of each type) were examined using VEGF, Ki-67, and CD34 monoclonal antibodies immunoprocessor. The results demonstrated that osteosarcomas exhibited the highest vascular density (20 - 30 vessels per field), reflecting intense angiogenesis and strong VEGF/CD34 expression. The proliferative index Ki-67 was high in 70% of osteosarcoma cases, moderate (25%) in chondrosarcomas. These findings indicate that the immunohistochemical profile of VEGF, Ki-67, and CD34 can serve as valuable diagnostic and prognostic markers for assessing tumor aggressiveness and guiding therapeutic strategies.
