Resume

Cardiorenal syndrome (CRS) is a chronic dysfunction of the heart and kidneys, the clinical manifestation of which is anemia. CATTLE anemia worsens the prognosis, and hospitalization and treatment may be difficult. The pathogenesis of its development includes: inhibition of erythropoietin synthesis, inhibition of iron metabolism, inhibition of cytokine function, oxidative stress and neurohormonal dysregulation. Early diagnosis lacks abnormal biomarkers (creatinine, EGFR). Substitution markers (cystatin C, NGAL, KIM-1, hepcidin) can be selected as the starting ones for amino acid sequences. The article examines the pathogenetic mechanisms of anemia development in rats, its causes and consequences.
