HEMOGRAM CHANGES IN RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS, SYSTEMIC LUPUS ERYTHEMATOSUS

Resume

The paper examines hematological changes in rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus erythematosus as reflections of immunoinflammatory processes affecting bone marrow hematopoiesis. The pathogenetic mechanisms of anemia and cytopenias, the role of cytokines and autoantibodies, and the impact of drug therapy are analyzed. The diagnostic and prognostic significance of hematological parameters in systemic connective tissue diseases is emphasized.
