QUALITY OF LIFE IN PATIENTS WITH OBSTRUCTIVE SLEEP APNEA SYNDROME AND CORONARY HEART DISEASE

Resume

The article defines the average integral indicators of the physical component of health (PH=46.1±5.9) and the psychological component of health (MH=51.1±4.5) of quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease (angina pectoris FC 1-3) and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome. A negative impact of obstructive sleep apnea on the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease (angina pectoris FC 1-3) was revealed. Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome in patients with coronary heart disease (angina pectoris FC 1-3), depending on the severity of apnea, has a negative impact on the psychological component of health and does not have a significant impact on the physical component of health.
