CHARACTERISTICS OF THE MORPHOLOGICAL STRUCTURE OF THE FALLING TUBE WALL IN THE EARLY POSTNATAL PERIOD OF NEWBORN GIRLS

Resume

The signs and morphometric indicators characteristic of the development and functional changes in the layers of the fallopian tube wall in the early postnatal period have not been studied. It is important to study the specific morphological structure of the fallopian tube wall in full-term infants. The object of the study was the fallopian tubes of 14 female infants who died from asphyxia on the 1st-7th day after birth. The results showed that the structure of the fallopian tube wall of newborn infants has a unique complexity and has specific morphofunctional features. It was confirmed that the total thickness of the fallopian tube wall, mucous and submucous, and muscular layers thicken from the ampullary part to the part where it joins the uterus. In the composition of the epithelium covering the mucous membrane, a predominance of secretory cells over squamous epithelium was observed in newborn infants.
