HISTOTOPOGRAPHIC CHARACTERISTICS AND DYNAMICS CHANGES IN THE STRUCTURE OF THE FALLING TUBE OF 12-MONTH-OLD GIRLS

Resume
This scientific study studied the changes in the histotopographic structure of the fallopian tubes in infants in the early postnatal period, i.e. at 1-3-6-9 and 12 months of age. The object of the study was the study of 70 female infants (0-7 days (20), 1-3 months (20), 4-6 months (17), 7-12 months (13)) in 4 parts of the fallopian tube: funnel, ampulla, isthmus and adjacent to the uterus. The results of the study showed that in the early postnatal period of infants, the wall of the part of the fallopian tube adjacent to the uterus is thick due to the muscular layer consisting of poorly developed cells, the internal cavity is narrow, there are few and short nipples in it, and the surface is covered with hyperchromic, prismatic epithelium with an ill-formed surface. The wall of the middle isthmus of the tube consists of a relatively thin muscular layer consisting of irregularly arranged tufts, and the covering epithelium is formed by cylindrical cells and they are located directly on the muscular tufts. The wall of the ampoule part of the tube is relatively thin, the muscle layer consists of a number of muscle bundles, it has a structure rich in blood vessels, there are relatively long suckers in the mucous membrane, it is determined that the covering epithelium consists of a poorly developed, hyperchromic, irregularly located one-layer cylindrical epithelium.
