HYGIENIC ASSESSMENT OF WORKING CONDITIONS AND OCCUPATIONAL DISEASES AMONG PROFESSORS AND PEDAGOGICAL STAFF

Resume

This article presents a hygienic assessment of working conditions among professors and teachers. The study examines microclimate, lighting, noise, air quality, workplace ergonomics, and psychoemotional stress. Findings show that common occupational diseases include vocal apparatus disorders, cardiovascular diseases, neurological conditions, and musculoskeletal system disorders. Stress and chronic fatigue significantly affect educators’ productivity. Hygienic regulation of work environment and preventive health programs are essential to maintain teachers’ health and efficiency.
