Resume

This study investigates the potential of asparagus (asparagus officinalis) oil in correcting atrophic changes in the gastric mucosal glands caused by chronic low-dose exposure to carbon monoxide (co). histological and morphometric analyses demonstrated that the antioxidant and regenerative properties of asparagus oil contributed to the restoration of gastric mucosal structure. the findings confirm the feasibility of using this oil as a gastroprotective agent.
