Resume

This article presents the results of a mass targeted screening of preschool-aged children suffering from allergic diseases and gastrointestinal (GI) disorders. A total of 1,000 children were examined, of whom 41.6% were diagnosed with allergic diseases, and 27.2% had concomitant GI disorders. The findings confirm the link between allergic diseases and gastrointestinal pathology and emphasize the need for regular health screening of children in preschool educational institutions and the early implementation of targeted preventive and hygienic health measures aimed at eliminating or reducing risk factors for the development of allergic diseases.
