Resume

The fundamental possibility of laparoscopic operations for diaphragmatic hernias in modern surgery is still an unresolved issue. Detection of diaphragmatic hernias is quite complicated and requires special methods. In most cases, this leads to late surgical intervention, which leads to an increase in the number of postoperative complications and deaths. The aim of this study is to optimize the tactical and technical aspects of surgical intervention to improve the results of surgical treatment of patients with herniated esophageal diaphragm.

Keywords: gastroesophageal reflux disease; small diaphragmatic hernias; laparoscopic antireflux surgery; posterior cranial surgery, Nissen fundoplication.
