Resume

Objective of the study: Improving diagnostics through the study of the relationship between folliculometry results and biochemical markers in women with endocrine infertility caused by hyperandrogenism. Materials and methods. In the Department of Reproductive Medicine at the Bukhara Regional Branch of the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Center for Maternal and Child Health, a comprehensive study was conducted. The study involved 126 women of reproductive age with endocrine infertility due to hyperandrogenism who sought medical assistance, as well as 32 healthy women of the same age without reproductive disorders as a control group. All participants underwent anamnestic, clinical, laboratory, and ultrasound examinations. Conclusion: DGEAS and 17-OH progesterone levels remained statistically significant in all types of patients with various ultrasound signs compared to the control group (p<0.05), while 17-OH progesterone levels were 1.38 (p<0.05) times higher in patients with follicular persistence than in patients without DF. Similar statistical differences were also observed in high levels of total testosterone, prolactin, and LH/FSH.

Key words: Hyperandrogenism, vitamin D , infertility, menstrual cycle disorders.
