Resume

Uterine adenomyosis is one of the most common forms of endometriosis, characterized by the invasion of endometrial tissue into the myometrium and accompanied by chronic pain, menstrual disorders, and impaired reproductive function. This article presents modern data on the pathogenesis, classification, and clinical manifestations of adenomyosis. Particular attention is paid to diagnostic challenges and contemporary treatment approaches, including pharmacological and surgical methods. Clinical observations are analyzed, emphasizing the necessity of an integrated approach to therapy.
