Resume

Group 2 had higher ISS scores (29.8±4.0 vs. 23.1±5.7) and lower Glasgow scores (7.4±1.4 vs. 9.7±1.6), indicating more severe injuries. Overall MOD circadian rhythm differences were not significant; however, Group 2 showed increased sympathetic activity and greater MOD variability on Days 8, 9, and after Day 19. Stress-protective therapy with stable plasma concentrations of fentanyl, propofol, and arduan effectively supported myocardial function and stabilized MOD during peak inflammatory periods. Strong correlations were observed between MOD fluctuations and sympathetic activity, emphasizing the importance of targeted metabolic and cardiotropic support.
