Resume
It was established that in patients with arterial hypertension from the Aral Sea region, the clinical and hemodynamic features of arterial hypertension were clearly expressed as the severity of anemia increased. This, in turn, means that it is important for family physicians to identify anemia early in patients with arterial hypertension in family clinics and effectively treat anemia along with antihypertensive therapy. It was also found that the group of patients with anemia fell into the high and very high cardiovascular risk groups according to the PEN protocol. The results of our study showed the relevance of annual screening among the adult population to identify and monitor cardiovascular risk factors, based on the PEN protocol, using a mobile calculator.
Keywords: arterial hypertension, clinical-hemodynamic features, anemia, family polyclinic, PEN protocol, antihypertensive therapy.
