Resume

Disseminated purulent peritonitis remains one of the most complex and prognostically unfavorable pathologies in abdominal surgery. In the setting of a systemic inflammatory response and multiorgan dysfunction, a comprehensive assessment of the immune status and hemostatic parameters is critical. The aim of this study is to identify diagnostic and prognostic markers based on immune response parameters and hemostatic disorders. Using an integrated approach allows us to objectively assess the severity of the condition, improve surgical treatment and therapy intensification strategies, and increase the accuracy of predicting clinical outcomes.
