Resume

Coronary vessels The study of changes in the wall, mainly by silver impregnation, confirms the stable or unstable appearance of atherosclerotic fibrous plaques formed by differentiating collagen fibers of types 1, 3 and 4. The main changes are expressed in the appearance of the first signs of vascular insufficiency histochemical changes in the myocardium. It is not possible to detect early myocardial infarction with simple histological stains, since the nuclei and cytoplasm of cardiomyocytes are unchanged, and their bundles are uniform in appearance. Histochemical stains show a sharp decrease in c-AMP in the cytoplasm of cardiomyocytes, which is the first sign of infarction, and microscopic examination confirms the detection of red spots in the cytoplasm of the myocardium.

Key words. Histochemical examination, acute coronary syndrome, ischemia, myocardium, stenosis, necrobiosis, dystrophy.
