Resume

Significant changes in the blood coagulation system were observed in patients with destructive pulmonary tuberculosis. The study analyzed the coagulation parameters of 72 patients, divided into two groups: destructive (47) and non-destructive (25) pulmonary tuberculosis. In the destructive form, elevated levels of fibrinogen and D-dimer were noted, indicating hypercoagulation and an increased risk of thrombosis. In the non-destructive form, blood coagulation parameters were mostly normal or close to normal. Analysis of the types of DPT (destructive pulmonary tuberculosis) revealed significant changes in blood coagulation parameters in chronic disseminated and inflammatory forms, and a high risk of thromboembolic complications.
