Resume

Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) during pregnancy is a clinically important condition that requires timely detection and an optimal management strategy to prevent disease progression and minimize risks for both the mother and the fetus. The increasing prevalence of human papillomavirus infection and the growing number of pregnant women with precancerous cervical changes highlight the need to improve diagnostic approaches. The aim of this review is to analyze modern methods for the early detection of CIN in pregnancy, including the role of colposcopy, cytology, HPV molecular testing, and conservative management algorithms. Conclusion. The literature analysis demonstrates that a comprehensive diagnostic approach based on non-invasive tools enhances the accuracy of lesion verification and supports individualized patient management while ensuring maternal and fetal safety.
