IMPROVEMENT OF TREATMENT OF ORAL CAVITY PATHOLOGIES ARISING FROM THE USE OF REMOVABLE DENTURES

Resume

This article analyzes the causes of development, clinical manifestations, treatment methods, and prevention of oral cavity pathologies associated with removable dentures. The prevalence of major pathological conditions such as denture stomatitis, candidal stomatitis, traumatic lesions of the oral mucosa, and alveolar ridge atrophy is described. A comparative assessment of the effectiveness of conventional and innovative treatment approaches is presented. Particular attention is paid to the use of modern biocompatible materials, CAD/CAM technologies, and preventive strategies. The obtained results contribute to reducing denture-related complications and improving patients’ quality of life.
