CLINICAL, HORMONEAL AND MORPHOLOGICAL FEATURES OF THYROIDITIS IN KHORESM REGION

Resume

This study presents a comprehensive analysis of the clinical course, hormonal status, and morphological features of patients with thyroiditis treated in Khorezm region during 2021–2023. Clinical data, laboratory hormone parameters, and histological findings from surgically treated patients were analyzed. Autoimmune thyroiditis was found to be the predominant form, mainly affecting women of reproductive age. Morphologically, lymphocytic infiltration, follicular destruction, and fibrosis were the leading changes. The obtained results may contribute to early diagnosis and optimization of management strategies for thyroiditis.
