Resume

Chronic diseases are one of the leading causes of mortality and significant economic costs in the healthcare system, and their prevalence continues to grow due to the aging of the population. The most socially and clinically significant remains type 2 diabetes mellitus, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and chronic kidney disease, which often combine and exacerbate each other's course. Modern programs for managing chronic diseases have proven effective in reducing costs and improving clinical outcomes.
