Resume
The article examines the physiological mechanisms underlying the interrelationship between the motor activity of the stomach, duodenum, and the biliary system. It highlights the features of coordination of their contractile activity, which ensures effective food digestion and the movement of chyme through the digestive tract. The role of neurohumoral factors, including the influence of the autonomic nervous system and gastrointestinal hormones, in regulating motility and bile secretion is analyzed. The functional significance of the coordinated work of the antral part of the stomach, duodenum, gallbladder, and sphincter apparatus is demonstrated. Special attention is given to disorders of motor and evacuatory function and their impact on the development of pathological conditions of the digestive system.
Key words: stomach, small intestine and biliary system, motility, food, relationship, regulation, secretion, ingredient.
