Resume

The article discusses the optimal timing for diagnosing uterine and vaginal atresia in adolescent girls. It presents literature data and statistical information, and describes the most informative diagnostic methods for different age groups. The factors influencing the timely detection of the pathology are identified, and approaches to optimizing the diagnostic algorithm are proposed.
