Resume
Reactive arthritis of urogenital etiology presents significant diagnostic challenges due to the lack of specific diagnostic criteria and the variability of clinical manifestations. Chlamydia trachomatis, which initiates an immune-mediated inflammatory process in the joints, is considered the leading etiologic factor. The aim of this study was to evaluate modern clinical, laboratory, and molecular genetic methods for diagnosing reactive arthritis. A prospective study of 50 patients in the study group and 50 individuals in the control group was conducted using clinical, microbiological, immunological, and genetic methods (HLA-B27, IL-17A, TLR2, TLR4). The data obtained demonstrate the high diagnostic value of a comprehensive approach incorporating immunogenetic markers.
