Resume

The article presents a comparative evaluation of laparoscopic and laparotomic approaches in the management of acute gynecological diseases. Clinical, intraoperative, and postoperative outcomes were analyzed in reproductive-age women undergoing emergency surgery. Laparoscopic access was associated with reduced blood loss, lower complication rates, shorter hospital stay, and improved reproductive outcomes compared with laparotomy. Particular attention was paid to the effectiveness of intraoperative haemostasis techniques and the role of postoperative rehabilitation. The findings support the advantages of minimally invasive surgery and emphasize the need for standardized surgical strategies in emergency gynecology.
