PHYSIOLOGICAL AND HEMODYNAMIC EFFECTS OF SPINAL ANESTHESIA IN LAPAROSCOPIC CHOLECYSTETOMY

Resume

The aim of the study is to determine the characteristics of the systemic physiological and hemodynamic reactions of the body during laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) performed under spinal anesthesia (SA) in comparison with general anesthesia (GA), taking into account the effect of carboxyperitoneum. The study included 105 patients, who were divided into two groups: 53 patients operated under spinal anesthesia and 52 patients under combined intravenous anesthesia. At different stages of the operation, blood pressure, heart rate, saturation, pCO₂ and SpO₂ levels were studied. The results showed that physiological hemodynamic stability is maintained during spinal anesthesia, significant hypercapnia is not observed, and the body's stress response is much weaker than during general anesthesia.
