Resume

Apical pelvic organ prolapse in women of reproductive age remains a significant problem in reconstructive gynecology due to its negative impact on quality of life and reproductive function. The aim of this study was to compare anatomical and functional outcomes of laparoscopic lateral suspension and anterior colporrhaphy in patients with anterior–apical pelvic organ prolapses (C+Ba according to POP-Q). A prospective clinical study was conducted with assessment of prolapse severity using the POP-Q system and evaluation of quality of life by validated questionnaires (PFDI-20, PFIQ-7, FSFI) before surgery and during follow-up. The results made it possible to identify the advantages and limitations of each surgical technique and to substantiate optimization of surgical management for this group of patients.
