Resume

The article discusses modern diagnostic approaches to benign diseases of the female reproductive organs in girls and adolescents with Müllerian duct anomalies. The clinical features, challenges of early diagnosis, and the role of instrumental examination methods are analyzed. Special attention is paid to ultrasound, magnetic resonance imaging, and endoscopic techniques, which enable timely detection of concomitant benign pathology. The study results emphasize the importance of a comprehensive and individualized diagnostic approach in this group of patients. Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of modern diagnostic methods for detecting benign diseases of the reproductive organs in girls and adolescents with Müllerian duct anomalies.
