EFFECTIVENESS OF PERSONALIZED SELECTION OF ASSISTED REPRODUCTIVE TECHNOLOGY METHODS IN PATIENTS WITH INFERTILITY

Resume

Infertility remains one of the pressing problems of modern reproductive medicine despite the development of assisted reproductive technologies (ART). The aim of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of personalized selection of ART methods in patients with infertility compared with standard protocols. A prospective single-center clinical study was conducted in 2025 at the private clinic “Mediofarm” and included 80 couples, divided into two comparable groups of 40 couples each. Embryological and clinical outcomes were assessed, including the number and maturity of oocytes, embryo quality, clinical pregnancy rate, implantation rate, live birth rate, and the incidence of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome. The results demonstrated that a personalized approach improves the effectiveness of ART and reduces the risk of complications, supporting the feasibility of its implementation in clinical practice.
