IMPROVING THE ALGORITHM OF LABOR INDUCTION TACTICS BASED ON FERRITIN AND TOTAL PROTEIN LEVELS

Resume
Iron deficiency is one of the most common types of deficiency among women, especially those of reproductive age. Iron plays a vital role in cellular metabolism, energy production, maintaining normal immune function, and synthesizing hemoglobin, which carries oxygen throughout the body.There is evidence in the scientific literature that women with low iron levels experience decreased uterine contractions, a weakened response to induction of labor, resistance to prostaglandin drugs, prolonged labor, and an increased likelihood of operative delivery.Total protein levels are an integral indicator of metabolic activity during pregnancy. Disturbances in protein metabolism can affect iron transport and hematopoiesis, indirectly influencing uterine muscle contractility, oxytocin sensitivity, and the duration of labor induction.
