COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF TREATMENT METHODS FOR DYSMENORRHEA IN ADOLESCENT GIRLS

Resume

The article presents a comparative analysis of pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment methods for dysmenorrhea in adolescent girls. Based on the analysis of modern literature and clinical data, the effectiveness of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, hormonal therapy, as well as non-pharmacological approaches including physiotherapy, physical exercises, and psycho-emotional support, is evaluated. The results indicate that a personalized and comprehensive treatment strategy improves pain control and quality of life in adolescents with dysmenorrhea.
