PROGNOSTIC ASSESSMENT AND PREVENTION OF PREGNANCY COMPLICATIONS IN WOMEN WITH POLYCYSTIC OVARIAN SYNDROME

Resume

The aim of this study is to investigate the prognostic criteria and preventive measures for complicated pregnancies in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Based on an analysis of clinical, hormonal, and metabolic parameters, key predictors of adverse pregnancy outcomes were identified. A comparative analysis of pregnancy courses was conducted between women with PCOS and those without endocrine disorders. The study established the role of hyperandrogenism, insulin resistance, and placental blood flow impairment in the development of obstetric complications. A set of measures for early prediction and prevention of pregnancy complications has been developed. The obtained results have practical significance for reducing perinatal risks and improving pregnancy outcomes.
