Resume

The problem of adolescent girls' reproductive health remains one of the most pressing interdisciplinary issues in the modern world, as the unfavorable medical and demographic situation continues to persist and the health of women of fertile age is deteriorating. The opinion of researchers is reduced to the fact that the course of puberty largely depends on both the somatic status of the adolescent and the psycho-emotional changes accompanying this age stage. The determining significance of the premorbid background in the formation of many systems and functions of the body is an indisputable fact. Puberty is also influenced by both endogenous and exogenous factors, the priority of which is often interconnected. Conclusion: The identified risk groups made it possible to carry out therapeutic and preventive measures aimed at timely correction of disorders, increasing medical vigilance for the implementation of genetically "programmed" risk factors.
