CLINICAL AND PHARMACOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF THERAPY OF GASTROINTESTINAL TRACT DISEASES WITH AUTONOMIC DYSFUNCTION

Resume

The article presents the results of a clinical and pharmacological study of the effectiveness of gastrointestinal tract (GIT) disease therapy in patients with autonomic dysfunction (VD). Clinical manifestations, the influence of vegetative disorders on the course of gastrointestinal pathologies were analyzed, and the effectiveness of combined therapy using prokinetics, proton pump inhibitors, and adaptogens was evaluated. The obtained data revealed a significant improvement in the quality of life, a decrease in the frequency of gastroparesis, and normalization of autonomic regulation. Statistical results and pharmacoeconomic aspects of treatment are presented.
