Resume
This article analyzes the clinical significance of pathomorphological and immunohistochemical changes occurring in ovarian tissues in infertile women of reproductive age under conditions of hypothyroidism and autoimmune thyroiditis. Based on literature data, the effects of thyroid hormones on the hypothalamic–pituitary–ovarian axis, their role in the regulation of folliculogenesis and steroidogenesis, as well as the impact of autoimmune mechanisms on the functional ovarian reserve are elucidated. The results indicate that alterations in cellular proliferation, apoptosis, and the expression of hormonal receptors in the setting of hypothyroidism have a direct influence on ovarian morphology and reproductive prognosis. The conclusions confirm that the comprehensive application of pathomorphological and immunohistochemical markers expands the possibilities for individualized, pathogenetically grounded assessment and treatment of infertility associated with endocrine disorders.
