Recurrent pregnancy loss is often associated with impaired endometrial receptivity and chronic inflammation. Objective. To evaluate the effectiveness of comprehensive pregravid treatment in women with recurrent pregnancy loss. Material and Methods. Women with recurrent pregnancy loss were examined. Hormonal status and immunohistochemical markers of endometrial receptivity were assessed. Individualized complex therapy was applied. Results. Treatment improved hormonal balance, enhanced endometrial receptivity and reduced the rate of pregnancy complications. Conclusion. Personalized pregravid management significantly increases the effectiveness of treatment for recurrent pregnancy loss.
