Resume
This article presents the results of an examination of 120 pregnant women with grade III fetoplacental disorders. Dynamic monitoring of fetal shunts made it possible to prolong pregnancy to optimal timing of delivery in patients with grade III fetoplacental insufficiency, thereby contributing to improved perinatal outcomes.
