Resume

Background: early reproductive losses are a major global problem. The etiology of non-viable pregnancies and spontaneous miscarriages is multifactorial. Despite the high prevalence of gestational losses, the anamnestic characteristics of these losses remain poorly understood. Objective: to identify the anamnestic characteristics of patients with early reproductive losses. Materials and methods: 137 patients were examined and divided into two groups: those with early reproductive loss (n=73) and those with ongoing pregnancy (n=64). Results: anamnestic features of early reproductive losses were identified: age, smoking, coffee consumption, acute respiratory viral infections during pregnancy, threatened miscarriage, hyperemesis gravidarum, visiting an obstetrician-gynecologist more than once a year. Conclusion: given the high prevalence of reproductive losses in early pregnancy, research on this topic is promising in the field of modern obstetrics.
