Resume

Despite ongoing therapeutic and preventive measures, chronic enterocolitis still makes up a significant proportion of extra genital pathology among women of childbearing age. Female rats’ chronic enterocolitis influence on posterity development and its immune system formation was investigated. It was discovered that autoimmunity enterocolitis leads to afertile cases, newborn rats’ amount reduction along with their average weight loss and an increase in number of postnatal deaths on 1-3 days after a birth. In early postnatal ontogenesis newborns’ weight and the development of their internal organs in terms of size and weight were lagging until the second week. There is also a slowdown in posterity immune organs’ formation, the development pace of which escalates only after a transition on mixed feeding.
