COMPARATIVE DIAGNOSIS OF DISEASES ASSOCIATED WITH MALABSORPTION SYNDROME IN CHILDREN

Resume

This article presents a comparative analysis of the main diseases associated with malabsorption syndrome in children, including celiac disease, lactase deficiency, cystic fibrosis, short bowel syndrome, and inflammatory bowel diseases, based on their clinical, laboratory, and instrumental characteristics. Malabsorption syndrome in childhood represents a significant clinical condition characterized by impaired intestinal absorption of nutrients. Differential diagnostic criteria were identified, and the importance of early diagnosis in clinical practice was emphasized.
