Despite significant progress in antiretroviral therapy, HIV infection remains one of the leading medical and social challenges in global health. The effectiveness of preventive programs determines the dynamics of morbidity, mortality, and socio-economic losses. Assessing the effectiveness of comprehensive preventive measures—including informational-educational, screening, behavioral, pharmacological, and organizational interventions—is crucial for optimizing public health systems.
