Resume
Uncorrected refractive errors remain one of the leading causes of visual impairment worldwide. LASIK is a widely used and effective refractive procedure, offering rapid visual recovery, a favorable safety profile, and high patient satisfaction with improved quality of life. However, postoperative refractive regression remains a significant challenge, potentially compromising the long-term stability and predictability of LASIK outcomes.
Key words: laser vision correction, LASIK, refractive errors, myopia, hyperopia, regression
