Resume

The article investigates the clinical, laboratory and metabolic characteristics of arterial hypertension in elderly patients associated with physical inactivity in outpatient practice. The study included 170 patients who were divided into groups according to body mass index. The results showed that patients with obesity had significantly higher levels of arterial blood pressure, lipid metabolism disorders, insulin resistance and inflammatory markers. Correlation analysis confirmed a relationship between physical inactivity, obesity and metabolic disorders. The addition of glucobrassicin to standard therapy resulted in a statistically significant improvement in blood pressure, glucose levels, HOMA-IR index and lipid profile. The findings indicate that a comprehensive approach is effective for the management of arterial hypertension associated with hypodynamia in elderly patients at the outpatient stage.
