Resume

This article is devoted to predicting the outcomes of some infectious diseases (acute viral hepatitis B and brucellosis). For this on the basis of the clinic of the NIIEMIZ of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2001-2018, a comparatively prospective study was carried out in 178 patients with a diagnosis of brucellosis aged 19 to 79 years and 25 children with a diagnosis of acute viral hepatitis B ages 5 to 15. A relationship has been established between the rate of acetylation and various forms and severity of the disease. Slow acetylators are characterized by a severe prolonged course of the disease, with a high frequency of the formation of a protracted and chronic infectious process in the outcome of AVHB and brucellosis compared with BA, in which acute forms with mild and moderate disease prevailed.
