MICROFLORA IN GENITAL INFLAMMATORY DISEASES

Odilova G.M. Samarkand Medical Institute. Uzbekistan

Resume

Inflammatory diseases of the genitals are widespread among women. This is due to the fact that many different microorganisms are present in the vagina of most women. The basis of microflora are conditionally pathogenic bacteria. With a decrease in local immunity, the disturbed microflora can exhibit pathogenic properties and cause the process of inflammation. A survey of 219 patients with acute and chronic recurrent inflammatory processes of the internal genitals was conducted. Microbiological studies have shown that pathogens in monoculture were isolated from pus in 105 patients, microbial associations were found in 77 women, and pus crops from 37 patients for aerobic and anaerobic microflora turned out to be negative when using a set of selected nutrient media.
