Resume

Non-developing pregnancy is one of the most common causes of early reproductive loss. In recent years, considerable attention has been paid to the role of metabolic disorders, particularly gestational diabetes mellitus, in the development of this pathology. Disorders of carbohydrate metabolism, the development of insulin resistance, endothelial dysfunction, microcirculatory disturbances, and inflammatory processes may lead to structural changes in the endometrium, decreased endometrial receptivity, and impaired embryo implantation. This article presents an analysis of domestic and international scientific publications devoted to the study of morphological and morphometric changes in the endometrium in non-developing pregnancy associated with gestational diabetes mellitus.

Keywords: gestational diabetes mellitus, pregnancy, pregnancy pathology.
